MacLibs 2.0 This is a Words Game Mactivity's CD-ROM nr 10 advice: This application did run on a b/w 68030 processor under System 7.1, but the behaviour on a ColorScreen of a PowerMacintosh running System 7.1.2 was not satisfying. Our advice: use only on 68030 processors, or try with caution on a 68040 processor About MacLibs 2.0 ! This program is designed as an amusement for children ages 6 to12, also18 to 23, 40 to 45 and over 60 (children of other age groups are frequently too pompous and up-tight to enjoy diversions of this sort). MacLibs is a word game that asks you to substitute words into a story - without your knowing how the words will be used! It's based on a pen and pencil game that's been around for years as a party game. You have to be at least moderately silly to like this sort of thing, but if you are, you'll love it! Now, with this computerized version of the game you also get a built in word processor so that you can create your own MacLibs games. You can even capture other text documents and alter them into MacLibs games. Full instructions are built in: To learn how to use MacLibs choose HELP under the RUN menu. To start, just open any of the files in the "Sample Games" folder.
