WerbilFUN 2.1.1 This is a Strategy Game Mactivity's CD-ROM nr 10 advice: This application did run on a b/w 68030 processor under System 7.1. It was also tested on a big ColorScreen of a PowerMacintosh running System 7.1.2. The game was also tested on a Quadra with 68040 processor and a 13 inch Color Screen and System 7.1 by Mactivity. The program selects a number from one to 100, and you try to guess it using as few guesses as possible. The more guesses you use, the worse rating you get. However, you must get the number within four guesses on the first number or five on the second or the program will select another number (and will tell you it has done so.) However, your rating is not changed, so it has become very easy to become an IBM developer should you miss three numbers and use all of your guesses. You still enter your number into the edit field in the game window and click OK or hit return. However, you will notice the rest of the window has changed dramatically. Instead of the old radio button technique, the "Great Werbil in the Sky" tells you what your rating is. You will also notice a progress-bar on the right of the window, which is basically a flipped-over version of the progress-bars you see in Finder while copying a file. The black part of the progress bar shows you how close you are to becoming an IBM developer. After you (hopefully) win the game, the Top Ten will appear on the screen. If you beat anyone on the list (a tie does NOT beat someone), you will be asked to enter your name in the field next to your rank, and clicking the close box or pressing return finishes.
